Some releases stand out because of production value or a performer’s experience. This one stands out because of the exact opposite — Kojima-san is 22, fresh out of the job market, from the Setouchi region, and has absolutely no idea how much of an impression she makes.

The series has produced a lot of entries, and the ones that land are the ones where the performer’s personality feels unmanufactured. Kojima-san is not performing anything. She’s just being herself, which happens to be genuinely compelling on camera.
Physically, she’s a G-cup with the kind of proportions that make the office setting almost comedic in retrospect. Natural, soft, and responsive in a way that reads clearly on screen — her reactions throughout feel instinctive rather than practiced. She mentioned having had two previous partners, and that baseline comfort shows without tipping into anything that undermines the newcomer energy the series is built around.

The opening hotel-room conversation establishes her personality before anything else happens, which is the right call — by the time the release gets going, you understand who she is, which makes everything land harder. This is a single-scene POV-style release in an understated hotel setting — no production design, no costume variety, no multi-scenario structure. The appeal is entirely in the performer and the dynamic, so if you need visual variety to stay engaged, this format may not be for you.
Her inexperience also means the pacing is led by the situation rather than by her — she’s responsive and present, but she’s not driving things. For some viewers that’s exactly the appeal; for others who prefer a more assertive performer, it’s worth knowing going in.

If you watch releases in this format specifically because you want someone who seems genuinely new to the situation — not performing newness, actually in it — Kojima-san is one of the more convincing versions of that the series has produced recently.
