Some releases stand out because of production value or a performer’s experience. This one stands out because of the exact opposite — Kojima-san is 22, fresh out of the job market, from the Setouchi region, and has absolutely no idea how much of an impression she makes.

The New Grad Office Lady series from Prestige Premium is built around a very specific type: young women just starting their careers, still adjusting to city life, not yet worn down by it. Kojima-san fits the mold perfectly — she’s soft-spoken, slightly oblivious in a completely endearing way, and works in the sales training division of a food manufacturer. She comes across as the kind of person who buys a shirt online and just wears it to work when it doesn’t fit quite right, because it didn’t occur to her to do otherwise.
That quality — genuine unawareness of how she comes across — is what makes this release work. The series has produced a lot of entries, and the ones that land are the ones where the performer’s personality feels unmanufactured. Kojima-san is not performing anything. She’s just being herself, which happens to be genuinely compelling on camera.
Physically, she’s a G-cup with the kind of proportions that make the office setting almost comedic in retrospect. Natural, soft, and responsive in a way that reads clearly on screen — her reactions throughout feel instinctive rather than practiced. She mentioned having had two previous partners, and that baseline comfort shows without tipping into anything that undermines the newcomer energy the series is built around.
The 74-minute runtime is well-paced. The opening hotel-room conversation establishes her personality before anything else happens, which is the right call — by the time the release gets going, you understand who she is, which makes everything land harder. The 4.6 rating from 27 reviewers puts this comfortably in the upper tier of recent 300MIUM entries.
